What we collect. Account details (name, email, phone), profile information, job posts and photos, offers, messages, reviews, and payment records.
Card data. We never store raw credit card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment processor.
Who sees what. Provider profiles and ratings are visible to signed-in users. A job's street address is shared only with the provider the customer chooses. Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation and to Handy Joe staff when handling reports or disputes.
Why. To run the marketplace, process payments, prevent fraud, verify providers and provide support.
Your choices. You can edit your profile anytime and ask us to delete your account.
